Consultation fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable, regardless of outcome, advice given, or decision to proceed.

One complimentary reschedule may be permitted at our discretion if requested in advance.

Legal fees vary by case type and are outlined in a written agreement. Fees may be flat-rate, hourly, or phased.

Unless expressly stated in writing:

• Fees are earned upon receipt
• Payments are non-refundable
   

Immigration outcomes depend on government agencies and facts beyond our control. Fees are charged for professional services rendered, not results.

We accept payment via:

• Credit/debit card 
• ACH 
• Zelle 
• Other approved electronic methods
   

Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension of services.

Services not included in a signed agreement (e.g., interview attendance, RFEs, appeals, or court appearances) are billed separately.

Failure to appear for a scheduled consultation without notice may result in forfeiture of fees.

Billing terms may be updated and apply prospectively.
